Honestly, if they have a viable business but cannot get FINRA to approve the symbol change, are they prevented from using ticker symbol BABL for the NFT Marketplace? Not all companies have a symbol that reflects their corporate name. Southwest Airlines has LUV...

If the business is successful, will investors care about the ticker symbol? and who's to say that it won't be EASIER to change it later after a couple years of operational success?
