LOL your stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

I have no links that show KEGS is being massively shorted. All I have is the FINRA numbers that are posted every 2 weeks, which you should know those numbers are easy to "fix" by broker/dealers. You know the rules/regulations very well, and you should know there are a lot of bad actors in the OTC.
