An attorney's letter is not going to raise $60 mil so not worth upgrading to Pink Current - they need audited fins to bring in that kind of money and a much higher tier if not Nasdaq status. Logic says they are well in to it - now just how far is anyone's guess - Deng more than likely a little ambitious regarding timeline and not familiar with SEC review process.
