To clarify, my comments on "a buyout for a penny would only be 6.6 million" was meant to show just how undervalued the current PPS is. Your explanation in detail reinforces my attempt to show just how undervalued this company is. They have 2 strong drug plays with more in the pipeline. The 2 drugs are life changing. The sleep apnea drug would be a first available in an arena in desperate need and KRM-II-81 simply full of life changing potential at a time the world is demanding alternatives for opioids.

I agree with all you say and under a penny possibly a nickel is comical. I will continue to accumulate at these levels. These levels won't be here for long.

Ponto Ventures has been active since mid December. Probably hit the ground running beginning of 2024. Incredible findings are being published and they are moving forward. The more that is known the higher the purchase price will be. KRM-II-81 serving as an alternative to opioids for pain relief and the impressive results recently displayed for epilepsy, again shows just how undervalued the market cap truly is.

Very revealing: "KRM-II-81 has the potential to represent a breakthrough medication for pain, epilepsy, and other neuropsychiatric disorders.” Tells me there is much more to this story.

Notice the last part of that sentence: "and other neuropsychiatric disorders"

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the potential. I have witnessed stocks run nickels and dimes on a fraction of that type of potential with billions of O/S. Much better SS with $RSPI. A fraction of this potential merely progresses to reality your $$ PPS targets are not out of the question.
