Since the closing of the land deal Jan 12th, we now own 72 acres on the water in Tampa. This is the biggest achievement for Cyber Fuels in the history of the company to date. Owner financing suggest if we miss that 17.901.000. payment without an extension the property would go back to the Lortons. A little clarity would go a long way! In order to start this project, I would think nothing gets done until this is resolved. I'm just guessing , It would be nice to hear from John Lawrence on this matter. Love to hear any ones thoughts
