Isopet promotion sounds like good IP Strategery to me, lol...

Another option that patent holders might consider is to forego monetization of the patent per se, by allowing others to use it for free or for less than they might have negotiated otherwise. This may seem counterintuitive, but because patents, unlike other assets, represent the useful application of knowledge, and because that knowledge may be exploited directly or indirectly, patent owners have at times found it valuable to allow others, even competitors, to use its patented technology for a reduced fee, or even without any payment at all under certain circumstances. For example, a patent owner might enlarge the potential market for its patented technology by availing it to the industry as part of an industry standard.

I think it becomes waaaay easier to defend our ownership of Radiogel IP if we currently have FDA approval for it as Isopet in all nonhuman veterinarian application. In the vet world, we are 1st to market, our clinic count is growing and could go international, and our gel is being explored by vets for other animal uses (joint pain?) that could have crossover appeal to human care should our gel get FDA approval for humans...

What does the market look like for joint pain care in humans?
