Mark Thompson, CEO of kerogenresources.com, Major Partner of $SPZI / JP3E.com has taken four (4) companies from pennies to dollars in reverse mergers.

"So I just wanna underscore that, Mark. So you're saying this is the 4th time that you have done a reverse merger such as this and taken it from pennies to dollars?"

Mark Thompson: "Yep. If you check back UPL, Superior Well Service, and Patterson UTI. I was involved in every one of those because they were all energy-related, and we helped turn those around."
