Boiler Thanks! The profitability of the acquisition was new to me. It gives a good basis for assessing the price paid. It suggests to me that profitability is pretty marginal and it would have been more useful to focus on the contribution to future earnings per share than on revenues when assessing the acquisition. One million dollar in increased earnings seem to be paid for by 6% dilution. This looks like a good deal to me.
