Why did CVSI abandon the two trademark applications CANTINE and NEW HARVEST?

Now that CVSI and Cultured Foods have merged, was the NEW HARVEST trademark initially going to be used for the new Subsidiary as the WQLF suggested back in 2019. Personally, I like the tradename NEW HARVEST over 🦊. Why the abandonment? Could it be that the trademark which would have been Approved by the USPTO was abandoned because management wanted to distance itself from Tilray’s acquisition after the NEW HARVEST filing with the USPTO, TILRAY acquired MANITOBA HARVEST, a Hemp Seed Company.

The abandonment of the Trademark CANTINE. I personally didn’t care for that trademark because it was too confusing with the term CANTEEN. Did CVSI abandon it because they have come up with a better trademark similar to their recent trademark application for 🦊?

Leasing another product similar to CVSI-007 and distributing the product giving the royalties to them or continuing to Pursue CVSI-007 with no major interest from deep pocket pharma companies and lacking a serious amount of monies to continue research and development. Also, any potential milestones would benefit Mona Lisa. IMO

The only other suggestion is Sleuths premise of the Pre-IND application by a future competitive product that could influence CVSI-007 request for Pre-IND. There were announcements in 2017 CVSI filed a PRE-IND. What ever happened to that application approval? Is it still pending?
