Big implications, which will also impact of the margin of product sales (and even on earnings especially of MU) make it very reasonable that these big tech infringer SS, MU, Google fight with all means incl systematic shorting/SP manipulation, paid basher, collusion to bankrupt NLST and probably more which we do not even know.

And still, here we are. We got a 303 Mio award from Samsung, who is accumulating liability with every day. We won PTAB + CAFC re 912 against Google. And wait the next 2 months (BOC, Europe cases, 293 Tx case on patents for which we may win at PTAB. Plus: two more cases pending lift of stay (MU WDTX and Google in DE) on patents we have already won at PTAB level.

My comment: If in favour of NLST (I am highly confident ) also the implications for us shareholders will be huge.
