Thanks for sharing, Cabin. I think what he means by "fixing the share structure" is that after the NXPL investment the fully diluted share count exceeded the Authorized Shares. There were not enough authorized shares to settle the obligations and that would have been recorded as a debt. I don't know why 1:200 was needed though. But it is long over. I really hope Mr Glickman's optimism is realistic and honest. If all is solid financially, and it seems that way, then new investors are probably getting a deal. However, I'm red, like most here, and I'm not feeling either bullish or bearish. PPS valuation is ridiculous, but I have no idea if there is a bottom when no one is bidding. There isn't any news at all, good or bad. That doesn't build excitement or even maintain hope. I'm holding, waiting, disappointed.
