There's absolutely no logic in giving the public all SONX secrets just for the sake of pumping the stock. This news needs to wait until lab tested and field tested. If not, there's a very high risk of ruining your company's reputation for highly progressive world class innovation.
A 13G is for passive investors if not SILENT* investors. It is no place for rogue investors looking to take over the company. So the only opportunity today is to say these guys and those guys are in but they prefer to stay out of the limelight. Seriously that's about all Bjarne can PR at the moment which would only confuse the market and frustrate these passive investors.
If you have done thorough DD there's no reason to hold your head in your hands worrying at every stock price consolidation guys. Obviously there are other filings to be made before any relisting or the relisting would be announced.
Relax SONX is working hard to build company revenues as evidenced. They want that blockbuster PR more than we do. But even the CEO can't time this perfectly. He's reliant on other investors he knows want onboard, to get there books straight and keep his own books straight. Try and time that with all that's going on in the SONX nerve center!
We know that the company is building the business or these passive companies would not have filed. So let SONX build the business and the new tech, it's in your best interest too. Look if the notorious antagonists are holding there tongues (you know they are). Does it really make sense to fuss and fret over nothing?
Company is sound, management is excellent, product is a guaranteed disruptor technology in the industry. I just can't understand the impatience when there is so much upside on the brink of becoming public. SONX will relist when they're told they can. The preparations are enormous, there are bound to be unforeseen glitches. Don't beat yourself up over them! SONX sure isn't, they know this going to happen one way or the other.
