Mr, Wade paid for trips she took with him in excess of $100. This is a violation on Ms. Willis part in accepting such gifts as he was considered an employee as he was hired as a Subcontractor for Fulton County, GA. There is zero proof neither of them could show the court that she paid him back, none kept by either of them. Hence its 50/50 money was paid back to Mr. Wade. This was her now poor judgement when these payments occurred. As a responsible person trying to avoid this type of suspect impropriety her elitist attitude seemingly makes her think those rules or laws do not apply to her. But if she draws a paycheck from this entity it does apply to her here. Multiple times of receiving such gifts so multiple charges really are in play each time this occurred. These two did not think about tgis current appearance of their impropriety in doing so. Poor judgement on her part for sure but still a violation. One cannot show favoritism in such employment situations.
