And it's the physical evidence provided by that purchase that made it impossible for the Bigs to claim prior art at the USPTO, thus resulting in the GRANTING of the patents.

There was (and still IS) a huge investment risk involved in order to bring this technology to the place it is now....
Patents GRANTED,
successfully defended in the USPTO,
36/36 wins in the PTAB,
and even in spite of the first case being sabotaged (IMO) by the NDCA court system, to the place we are now,
in WDTX court with a fair judge who has
1) not only given us the opportunity to present our case thru Claim Construction (which was not allowed in NDCA), but
2) has also found in our FAVOR with all the Claim construction presented.

All that to say... yes they bought the tech from Digifonica, but VP is the one who took the financial risk to carry the ball into the endzone.
