Director Independence
We currently do not have any independent directors, as the term “independent” is defined in Section 803A of the NYSE Amex LLCCompany Guide. Since the OTC Markets does not have rules regarding director independence, the Board makes its determination as todirector independence based on the definition of “independence” as defined under the rules of the New York Stock Exchange(“NYSE”) and American Stock Exchange (“Amex”).

Hard for me to believe they would increase the AS to anywhere near 5B. Jeez that just keeps the in the land of pinkies especially when he already said there will be no RS.
Perhaps Rick will use his series C's to deal with any conversions
Couldn't he also retire some of those series C's?
