Which is fine if they are trying to clean up the books but the 10K delay and zero communication about it ?

That’s a big problem.

I don’t mind buying into dilution and waiting provided there is an expectation. In this instance , there is zero to expect so I don’t know why anyone would buy except they know something we don’t know or just purely gambling
