Both NFT and blockchain have yet to gain meaningful traction. AI has taken their limelight for now, while crypto is just starting to come back. That leaves WNFT and GVSI on a back burner for GS. If he merged them now under their current conditions (WNFT pending a legal mess and GVSI holding a bloated OS), he'd be leaving a lot of money on the table.

It behooves GS to focus his attention on FORW and SRNW, while GVSI and WNFT brew for another year, at least.
