I couldn't edit quick enough, it should say she does know since she does returns that she hasn't seen any. Now with that being said lets look at it from both sides.
1. Not seeing could mean they are selling some, many, a few or 1 with no returns.

2. Without knowing numbers sold, it could mean that none have sold there fore no returns
