JMHO. Spectra is a component supplier for the cable companies (albeit the most important component). Their cable supplier is their customer and not the Tier 1 data Center. I believe any PR of a contract would be generic on Spectra's part and not include names (NVDA/Mellanox) unless they get permission to use their names. Immediate gratification with respect to the stock price would be limited to "Tier 1 Date Center" contract until additional info comes to light who it actually is. Enlighten my as to why my thesis is flawed, I love to debate!!!!
