This ain’t no SPAC. SPAC’s sell stock to the public and build a huge pile of cash to give to the incoming company. This scammy stinky pink shell doesn’t bring anything like that to the table.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
