Once a company goes down he rabbit hole of a R/S, investors loose confidence and they will bail, driving the price down which causes another R/S. Anyone spouting the stupidity that a R/S is needed is not a long investor in this company. A decent profit would eliminate the need for funding or would have no problem finding funding sources.
