Not to mention that he's saying he wasn't convicted of fraud. An examination of the case shows he was convicted of "conspiracy to commit fraud". It takes a serious liar to say that's not a fraud conviction.

Not yet, the 9th circuit has agreed that we have presented significant issues of law and will be reviewing the case so nothing has been determined yet
