Since my discussion of genotoxicity missed it's mark I will quickly clarify. If a treatment targets and kills cancer cells with no exposure to healthy cells (no healthy cell gene damage or chromosome structure changes) it should be labeled safe and genotoxicity is not an issue. However, chemo, radioemobiliztion, external beam therapy and Radiogel all have some healthy cell contact. I believe Radiogel's healthy cell contact is minimal (radiation within tumor, short half-life, minimal if any outside tumor healthy cell radiation exposure) and therefore on a case-by-case basis potentially less genotoxic than the other 3 products. That's it!
