IMHO and IMHO only....

FO got hit hard with a significant medical event mid-stream during MONI's development. I personally believe it played havoc with his ability to perform and drive MONI the way in which he so desired. FO is a family man. I highly doubt he will wish to ruin his life long reputation while so close to what maybe an earlier retirement than what he had planned. IMHO, he will want to exit MONI with the "highest & best use" of the company for himself, his family, and his reputation - but most importantly - for his long term shareholder community that have persevered with him throughout the handing-over of MONI to better hands. This would most likely be an acquisition candidate (or candidates) that can drive MONI places that he could not - given his medical circumstances. Again this is all just my humble opinion. But I do believe MONI will surprise because of the above sentiment.
