You have yet to respond in good faith to a poster who challenged your interpretation of LAW. The legal process is not subjective truth, it is LAW. When you have proven yourself to be a debater in good faith, I would be willing to engage. Until then, please keep it moving. Also, please respond to me whether or not you are an ATTORNEY or a FINANCIAL professional, as you have been making extensive comments on law and financial contracts.

You really need to figure out how to read a Court register of actions before posting. There was no "appeal to dismiss." That is not how motions or appeals work. The District Court issued an order on 12/18/23 granting the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Specific Performance in favor of the Plaintiffs. An appeal was filed with the Nevada SUPREME court on 1/12/24 appealing that District court order. That appeal is still pending and has nothing to do with the Motion to Dismiss.... Blackstar filed a Motion to Dismiss on 1/8/24 in the DISTRICT court. This motion was the subject of the hearing on 2/8/24 and was ultimately denied. The Supreme Court appeal is not about the motion to dismiss, it is about the 12/18/23 order and is still pending.
