No, we won’t go to expert market. They are missing 2 filings which they already know about, working with Finra is an agile process. If Finra needs a doc and they need to file something, they will. OTC is aware they recently merged and working with Finra. The only reason stocks go to expert is that the company blatantly doesn’t file, IGPK has filed and is in the process of completing what is missing per their communication.
