CNXC

I Initiated a position today at $79.99. I think the stock is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cheap here.

1) Stock is oversold with a RSI around 28.

2) CNXC is cheap on guidance of $11.69-$12.50, hence about a $12.10 Midpoint. Trading at a PE just over 6.5. I really believe the company is worth about a 10 multiple. Hence I feel FV is around $120.

Conclusion: I like CNXC and think it is very attractive here, and will add more on weakness. All is just myopinion, and I could always be wrong though.
