But what I don't get is how the pumpers here seem to think that you can do a RM without the corporate action going through FINRA? It was bogus of the company to claim that the merger was done without all the paperwork being filed and approved by FINRA.

No FINRA processing, NO MERGER. Plain and simple.

Do you honestly think that a big Chinese company like that, if it turns out to be them, would keep "Cannabis" in their public company name?
