Never ceases to amaze me. Someone on the OTC exchange had a Buy order in for 19000 shares at 0.30 for a week now. They wouldn't pay the 0.36 Ask, but now that it's over 0.40, they are willing to pay 0.40.

This happens time and again when you try to nickel and dime a stock. More often than not, you end up never owning the shares you wanted and watching it go up, up, up.

Maybe when it hits $5.00 a share, they'll bid $4.90
