Joseph Wade Mezey is a serial scammer going back to at least January 2009 when he was issued a cease and desist order from the STATE OF CALIFORNIA BUSINESS, TRANSPORTATION AND HOUSING AGENCY DEPARTMENT OF CORPORATIONS. He was disbarred by NY State on March 29, 2010.
