good news for a short term trader perhaps but the danger of being whipsawed remains greater. A man goes to build a house on land valued at million dollars. When construction starts, the value of the land rises substantially, but the construction is slowed by contractor delays. Does the owner sell the property at a discount or does he modify the new home with an expansion to accomodate the rising property value and equity. The market will tell the tale. This is never an easy game but the bet here is that this is turning out to be a company that will be a force in the mining industry.
