They also go to great pains to say how they unwound the Jump Start Sports merger. Yet despite that, the 20-something video editor daughter of the founder of JSS --Lily A. Rhodehamel via RG Barron Funds Ltd (incorporated by the same lawyer who defended her father in his criminal trial and resulted in him being sent to prison)-- well she appears to completely controls BLLB by virtue of owning the single "Series A Preferred share: which gives her 51% of the vote. That's in addition to 100% of the Series B shares which convert into 990 million common. It looks like those shares apparently passed thru to her (my guess is at her daddy's behest) from Kim Halvorson. It also seems like Halvorson's 35 million common shares were handed off to Nick Coriano on 1/10/2024. MMG may or may not be gone. And a ticker may install new management or front men/women at will. That doesn't mean there aren't more skeletons buried. That's why independent audits are needed.
