not sure what you are implying, but when the handle forms on the cup, it does so in a downward angle...a short downtrend...before the pps pops up....it has nothing to do with "flippers"...the stocks go up and they go down...they always have...but as in nature and in life, there can be patterns...

the cup was created...but i didnt create it...i just saw the pattern...and i know that after the cup is formed, there will usually be a handle...and when that handle is formed.....

never mind...ill keep it all to myself
