Most penny stocks are like $WISA, just soaking money from the public over and over and reverse splitting over and over. $WISA has already had to huge reverse splits and now is 4 cents. So it will do it again and again and again, just to keep paying nice plump salaries. It's a mine field of losers, penny stocks imo.
