Is this a serious question? Price goes up when people buy the higher price. Price goes down when people sell into the lower bid. If people don’t have extra cash or are waiting for some encouraging confirmation of what could be coming and don’t buy the ask the price sits until someone does something. Ok this couldn’t be a serious question right?
