You've been around long enough to know what an OTC CEO means when he/she says that. What it DOESN'T mean is that there won't ever be a reverse split. Apparently, folks who are thinking there will be no reverse split haven't read the S-1/A. Okay, maybe no reverse split, but if not a reverse split, Dennis will be forced to raise the AS to a much MUCH higher number because the current AS of 20 billion isn't going to cut it. The reason for my opinion that there will be a reverse split >>

As GHS the lender starts dumping billions of shares, the SP will reflect it and down she goes >> .0008 / .0006 / .0004. At some point, GHS will grab Dennis by the collar and have their way with him >> "Dennis, this is not working out to our favor. We want our money back and need much higher share prices to work with.
