Yes, CHIPS $$ exists to upgrade USA's future role in chip-making moving forward - The use of that money is to make USA #1 in the world for this cutting-edge technology.

That does NOT ensure that what GTCH offers in the cutting-edge chip arena will go to a USA headquartered chip manufacturing firm. GTCH tech, if proven to be cutting edge by any chip manufacturing company stands to be placed in a bidding to buy war!!! The WINNER, chosen by GTCH/Tokenize WILL more than likely, be based on choosing the highest bidder that will 'correctly' bid in the price range determined by GTCH Management AND insiders that maximizes the company's value/future worth.
