Your attempt to blame the SEC processing is conjecture at best and there is evidence that it is not true. The note next to the date for the filing, in the actual filing in parentheses notes - (Date of earliest event reported). The company files electronically on the EDGAR site and should be as immediate as our posts on this site. 🙄 No matter the reason the point is that "accurate" and timely information is not to be expected.

• "At the outset of the case, a temporary restraining order was entered preventing the Company from trading any shares." The date which is important in understanding the potential for moving the S-1 shares during this promotion. I found the date of November 9th by going to the court record which I have posted here many times.
  
  
• "...the preliminary injunction ordered the Company to honor the conversion requests of November 2, 2023..." The date of conversions was not included in the Q3 filing that revealed the lawsuit. This date starts the clock on the penalties associated with the failure to deliver shares as outlined in the actual note dated October 11, 2021. On the 10 day past the request for shares the penalty is $500 a day for not delivering.
  
  
• "(for the conversion of 62,084,333 shares of common stock – completed December 21, 2023)" We have three press releases and one infomercial by the time we get the filing revealing the conversions.
