He used a 2025 date in the PR. Nobody wants to wait that long. It caused a huge selloff. If that was a typo, then this goes back to .04 in an instant. And if it wasn't a typo, then it's another year before we get the Form 10 filing and pursue the Name/Ticker Change. It's all legal and a way to make the stock move very big.
