Arrayit largely ceased filing formal quarterly reports (Form 10-Qs) with the SEC in 2015, but continued to communicate with investors using press releases, email, and Twitter. 23. Until mid-2019, Arrayit posted frequently on a Twitter account identified with the username @arrayit. There has been no posted tweets or other publicly visible activity from this account since on or about August 15, 2019. 24. SCHENA has provided contradictory information about his involvement with the Arrayit Twitter account. For example, in a voluntary interview on April 15, 2020, SCHENA explained that he was not involved with social media and he focused on Arrayit’s lab. In a second interview on April 20, 2020, SCHENA stated that he was responsible for posting some of the content on the Twitter account, alongside several others."
