"Come now Respondents Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. and Luiz Valdetaro
(hereinafter collectively “Respondents”) and file this motion for leave to file
corrections and a sur-reply brief and for same would show the court as follows: "

SUMMARY OF THE MOTION

Respondents move this Court for leave to file a sur-reply brief because of
several material misstatements in the Reply Brief of the Petitioner as well as to
correct a mistake in Respondents’ Brief as to the date of emails forwarded to
Petitioner by the Trial Court on April 14, 2022. Counsel conferred on this motion on
January 30, 2024, and again on February 6 and could not agree.
