Badali, I never said that Caiazzo and $IGPK were under state or Federal investigation for violation of securities laws.
What I did say is that they are presently engaged in a three (3) year old lawsuit for negligence and premises liability against 100 persons and entities. Wow...and we were all getting along so well. Read it yourself...it's in the filings.

On February 23, 2021, our Chief Executive Officer and we were served with a Complaint in the Superior Court for Sacramento, California, alleging negligence and premises liability by over 100 persons and entities. The complaint has no merit, and we intend to defend the matter vigorously.
Don't blame me for the lawsuit. But there is a lawsuit presently pending whether you like it or not. Don't try to confuse people with securities law violations and a civil suit for negligence and premises liability. You're comparing apples and oranges. Anyone with half a brain can see what you're doing in trying to cover up the lawsuit.
I wonder who is paying the attorneys for that massive litigation involving 100 persons and entities??? I wonder if JFH knows about the lawsuit??? Looks like another gap down and sell off on Monday. Good job, Badali.
