Hi 'DA Bailey' - Regarding Your Question; . .

All companies whose Year End falls on December 31st, include the 4th Qtr
in their Annual, Year End Filling, and the Annual Report is due
. . . at the end of March, of the New year!

The only exception is companies who'e Annual filing Period
ends around the middle of the Calendar year.
This is the standard, - hope it helps!
