As discussed in Note 3 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered recurring losses and has working capital and stockholder deficits which raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Management’s plans regarding these matters are also described in Note 3. The consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
