I've tried both supplements now and it's too early to tell if its the supplements or not but I'm diabetic and the past 2 days I've taken the Longevity my blood sugar has been a little more stable. As in 4-7mg/dl which might not seem like a lot but to a diabetic it is. I've tried a few lions mane supplements and there have been others with similar benefits but I'll keep reporting in
