The problem is there is no probability with FKA BioAmber. The outcome was known back inn September 2018 when the liquidation of all the assets to LCYB for $4.34 mil was approved. From that point on there was no chance for shareholders to receive any type of monetary compensation for their worthless shares. That is a cold hard fact and no amount of hopes and dreams will change that
