look at the content of the pr's not the delivery...look at the totality of the pr's not just the portion of the ones that you want to see as problematic...
the pr's that say they have hired expert consultants, more scientists, made improvements in production that eliminated bottlenecks, shortened timelines, developed more robust worms with experts from India, actually produced 25 kilos of DS using those new techniques proving the production process etc etc etc....
you dont see a fundamental difference in the CONTENT of the pr's??...

there will ALWAYS be some qualifications...the fundamental difference in pr's isnt the manner in which they are written or the font that was used...the difference is in the CONTENT which expresses PROGRESS and CONFIDENCE....

i have been quite sure of what "metric ton production means" ever since kim defined it...from the letter to shareholder in 12-14-22:
"We remain confident that implementing these processes and technologies is the best path to successfully grow our production output to match the targeted metric ton per month levels we have contracted with them to produce by late 2023."
that was and has always been the goal...metric ton per month and building from there...
