I have been an Investor with this company for, going on 4 years now, and
I can say, without reservation - there has been NO Dilution !!!

~ In fact, the OS was reduced by app 350m shares, at one point !!!

Ken has addressed that question several times, and a quick check
with OTC Markets, will easily DEBUNK such claim's !!!
