Even if REE's were not valuable enough to process profitably in Nebraska @ that time, we still could have had the REE soup to sell to China, because as Scott stated, it is in solution.
So there was a value to add to the FS mix of mineral production.

So I do agree we dropped the ball.

But as to ge11's point if i caught it properly, we needed all of our Directors for the functional company.
What they did with there time is your point, and as AO would state, is in the past.
There is a point where shareholders will need to put their fist down.
