Neither KKR nor LCY have ever uttered a word about wanting or needing the shares of this dead company. LCYB bought all the assets, including the plant and process patents, over 5 years ago.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
